Do these packages include facebook posts?
these packages don't include facebook posts outside of what will share automatically from instagram and does not include community management for facebook. this, and additional platform management like pinterest, and tik tok can be added on with custom quote upon request.
Do you capture content with a professional camera?
no. i am not a professional photographer or videographer and i am definitely not a replacement for brand photography. however, i do create clear, quality content for socials. you can find examples of my work here and on my current clients instagram profiles.
Do you guarantee results?
unfortunately i'm unable to guarantee specific results. i do however, take my position within your business very seriously and i'm committed to continuously working to help you meet your business goals, both tangible and intangible. i'll work along side you, making any adjustments to our strategy as we go and i am committed to forever learning everything new that social platforms, trends and technology throw our way.
How many clients do you take at a time?
my current client cap is 3 clients. i've found with this chapter in my family's life, this is a good balance and allows me to be physically, mentally and emotionally present to everyone who needs me.
because I only take on 3 clients at a time, full transparency and honesty is appreciated. if for any reason, you think you may not wish to continue our collaboration, that's totally fine. giving me the most time to prepare for a new client that you can is immensely appreciated. and that street goes two ways, if for some reason i'm unable to continue past our contract, i'll give you at least 30 day notice so that you have an opportunity to find or train someone to take over. no hard feelings, just love and transparency.
what happens if you go out of town?
it depends on the trip, a lot of the time I'm able to post and engage/manage as normal because so much of my content is made ahead of time. there will be occasions when I can post as normal but not manage/engage. rarely, there maybe an occasion when i will batch and schedule posts to auto post and that's it.
in any of these cases where i’m unable to deliver according to our agreed upon terms, your monthly service charges will be adjusted to reflect that.
do you offer month to month packages?
I do not offer month to month agreements. this is for a couple reasons. first, because when we start, there is a lot of additional work on the front end like our onboarding meeting and designing brand aligned graphics. second, one month isn't enough time to gauge success of a partnership. three months offers more time to analyze. six months offers a better opportunity to analyze and make changes as needed, but 3 months allows you an opportunity to part ways if this truly isn't the best fit for us. i don't want anyone stuck in a partnership long term that isn't serving them for the better.
what happens at the end of our contract?
45 days prior to the end of our contract i will touch base asking if you would like to continue our partnership after our contract is up.
if you love what we're doing together, i'll send over a new contract and nothing needs to change.
if you find you'd like to upgrade (or downgrade if your package allows) your services, this is a great time to chat about that.
if you find that this isn't working for you for any reason, being transparent and letting me know at least 30 days prior to our contract end date gives me the courtesy of extra time to meet with and onboard potential clients to fill your space when our contract is up.
can i adjust my package during our contract?
upgrades and additions can be made during a contract, depending on my current workload. downgrades can not be made during an ongoing contract.
how do payments work?
your first months payment will be broken down into two payments with a deposit required to secure your spot on my client list.
a 50% deposit is due upon contract signing and the remaining 50% is due on the first of our start month. you’ll then be sent an invoice by the 25th of each month to be paid by the 1st OR you may set up auto payment to pay the first of the month

social media management at Jaded Socials is for entrepreneurs who are passionate about growth and who consistently embrace change. they're forward thinking, planners, dreamers.
social media management isn't for teams who are generally happy just the way they are and/or are not motivated or enthusiastic about their growth. unfortunately, i can't make a team post, engage and participate that doesn't want to. not everyone will see the value in social media.
a lot of our collaboration requires you to be organized and always thinking ahead in your business. if that's not in your wheel house, we may not be a perfect pairing.
i'm not into mean girl energy. our collaboration only thrives in businesses with a positive and uplifting culture amongst their team and the industry.
